What is United Conference 2026
Participant?

United Conference is a high-energy weekend conference that creates a welcoming atmosphere for community building and offers practicals that encourage you to desire more in your relationship with Jesus.
Youth-Only Conference: United Conference is exclusively for youth participants. Any adults attending must be registered as official chaperones.

Parent/Chaperone Requirement: Each youth participant must be accompanied by a designated parent or adult chaperone (age 18+) the Chaperone must be listed on participant registration. Chaperones may supervise up to 8 youth participants. FacetoFace Ministries will be cross-referencing registrations to ensure each youth is properly assigned to a chaperone.

Meal Update:Saturday supper will not be provided as part of the United Conference programming. It is required that all participants and chaperones plan to have this meal offsite. Please make the necessary arrangements in advance.

A chaperone may supervise no more than 8 youth participants. Chaperones are responsible for the safety, conduct, and supervision of the youth in their care at all times during the event. Chaperones must be physically present at the event whenever the youth they are responsible for are in attendance, including all scheduled sessions, activities, and during the offsite Saturday night meal. Chaperones are expected to be attentive, engaged, and available to address any issues or emergencies that may arise with their assigned youth. FacetoFace Ministries is not responsible or liable for chaperoning any youth participants.
